Our experience with the Sheraton was wonderful before we even arrived. We found a better deal for our room ( it has to be for the exact same room and dates) and they priced matched it for us. I even called back two more times to ask questions and and change our room to a ground floor and every time they were kind and helpful. I have to give a shoot out to Eliana at the front desk. She was the one that put up with me so kindly.
When we arrived we were greeted with a smile by the bellhop. The concierge Josh H. checked us in. He was extremely nice and helpful. He went over everything the resort offered.

There is so much to do at the resort that you really don’t have to leave, but there are plenty of activities very close to the resort if you want to get out and explore.
Golf Villas Rooms:
We stayed in the Villas by the Golf Course. If you go back and look at the map they are the rooms at the top of the map. We stayed on the ground floor which was super convenient for taking our two dogs out for walks and bathroom breaks.
The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are super soft and comfortable.
They have a coffee pot ( with Starbucks coffee ), microwave and a mini-fridge. There is a good sized closet and drawers to put your clothes in.
The bathroom is a little tight, but it was super clean and had a really good shower-head. The hot water also lasted a long time!
There was lots of room to take our sweet puppies out to stretch there legs.
We also had a cute little visitor outside our room.
If you want a ride to another part of the resort, the bellhops will come pick you up in a golf cart. They do have a laundry room just incase you need one. You can call down to the front desk and they will bring you some laundry soap as well.
There is lots of room to around the Villas for your dogs to explore.
Pool Fun:
This is the pool in the Villa area. There are two other larger pools on the other side of the resort as well. This one was always nice and quiet.
Each pool supplies you with beach towels.
Game Room for Kids:
There is a cute game room down the hall from the main lobby.
Board Walk and Private Beach:

Private Beach
This is also a wonderful area to take some family pictures.
One of the awesome bellhops took us down the board walk and picked us up when we were done.
Step 1:
Unfortunately the day after we arrived the Red Tide hit the Panama City Beach area. To no fault of the resort the Shell Island Shuttle was canceled and the beaches in the area were closed. Which meant we didn’t get to enjoy all the outdoor activities the resort offers. The staff did everything in their power to help us find other things to do and to have a wonderful stay. Mother Nature doesn’t always cooperate with vacation plans. Even with the hiccups we had a wonderful stay. We are looking forward to staying at the Sheraton Bay Point Resort again.
